A Jet That Means Business
Our approach to the airplane is simple - provide the safety and comfort of an airliner for passengers while in flight, and provide short field performance for access to thousands of convenient airports on the ground. From the moment you board the aircraft through the large cabin door and walk down the aisle to your first-class seat, you'll understand how enjoyable this travel experience will be. You'll get the sense that this jet was meticulously designed for the passenger.
Why Jockey for a Window or Aisle?
You Can Have the Corner Office
Our four passenger jet has a stand-up cabin, all first class seating, a large tray table that doubles as a desk, and air cell phone and Internet connectivity for each passenger. There are no middle seats so privacy and personal space exceed what you would expect. There is a refreshment area, ample space for carry on baggage, a place to hang your coat or suit bag and a large exterior compartment where the pilot will stow heavier luggage. There is a private walk-in lavatory with a sink in the aft section of the cabin. For maximum safety you will be able to contact the pilot by phone during your flight, as the flight deck is secured by a safety door, just like on the airlines.
Margin of Safety Built in
Because our aircraft is designed to take off and land at thousands of local airports, almost every runway becomes an option in the event we need to land or find an alternate. Airliners require long runways that are only available at a limited number of airports. So, in addition to adding thousands of possible origin and destination airports for convenience, Earthjet's ability to land at many short runways adds a margin of safety.
Designed for Profitable Passenger Service
The aircraft is designed for full load range capacity of 1,000 miles, making up to 70% of all U.S. domestic missions possible, non-stop. "Full load" includes what you would expect from a passenger service jet - the pilot, co-pilot, four large passengers and a lot of luggage.
In many ways this jet is more like an airliner than a microjet. It was designed for the air taxi mission so it has been "ruggedized" for air-taxi duty cycles. It can be cost-effectively operated 4,000 hours per year.
Many industry leading systems and component suppliers from around the globe are involved in the development of this airplane. The aircraft equipment includes the most capable and reliable avionics suite on the market and efficient advanced design turbine engines that are durable and affordable to own and operate. Additionally, in order to ensure high dispatch reliability and profitable operations, cost effective and responsive support programs are being tailored to the rigors of the air taxi business.
If you are a pilot, you'll want to own this aircraft because it was designed to make you money. If you are a passenger, you'll want to fly on this aircraft because it was designed to make you fall in love with flying.
