We will be employing proven, easily accessible, and effective solutions that address every issue regarding service and support. Our alignment with the operators forces us to constantly improve service levels and aircraft readiness. The operator's active involvement and open communication ensures that our support system is always improving. Our goal is to enable you to operate your aircraft as safely, reliably and cost-effectively as possible

One-Stop-Shop

Earthjet has established guidelines for what levels of reliability and support manufacturers will need to provide, in order to earn our business. Our manufacturers understand that in order to ensure our requirements are met, they must commit to support the fleet in the most professional and responsive manner possible. We are working with manufacturers in order to establish a network of MRO suppliers, with ample inventory and talent to maintain the highest dispatch reliability possible. From the operator's perspective, Earthjet is the single point of contact for maintenance, repairs, overhauls, quality issues, paint, aircraft service, unexpected events and other operational issues. We are ultimately responsible for developing and maintaining a quality support system and we understand that receiving the right parts at the right time, is not enough. In the end, you need complete confidence that you are supported by trained and dedicated experts who know every aspect of your aircraft. Whether you are operating one or two planes or a small fleet, earthjet will ensure that every authorized service provider will do what it takes to maintain your aircraft and your confidence.

The Network Has it's Privileges

Dedicated Service Representatives - prompt personalized service anywhere anytime available by email, web portal or calling a toll-free hot line so we can work together 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to get your aircraft safely back in service as quickly as possible.

MRO- Maintenance Repair and Overhaul service is planned and scheduled by Earthjet. Our online trend monitoring systems and aircraft systems health monitoring ties everything together to ensure scheduled and non-scheduled events are handled quickly, with the utmost attention to safety. These services are purchased under a bulk purchase arrangement for lower cost, and delivered by authorized providers who are required to live up to our rigorous quality and service standards.

MSP- Maintenance Service Plans are arranged with component manufacturers and OEM's in advance as part of the aircraft development program and fleet purchase transaction, in order to ensure warrantees are covered while service is delivered when required. The large fleet enables economies of scale which we take advantage of for our operators, so pricing is very affordable, while maintenance and repair costs are fixed.

Network of Authorized Providers- Our network of authorized providers will be located so that ferry time to a maintenance facility is minimized, while we maintain enough flow through the authorized facilities so that we remain their most important customer. It is expected that facilities will be located within one hour flying time from any Earthjet Base of Operations.

Parts- Our suppliers are required to maintain a comprehensive stock of spare parts and tools, strategically located throughout the world. Parts distribution functions around-the-clock to ensure your parts and tools requirements are met as soon as possible.

Field Support- Field Service Representatives offer dedicated teams responsible for a geographic zone that assures coverage for all our customers, worldwide.

Repair Design Department- Should a situation requiring repair support arise, OEMs have contractually agreed to provide dedicated resources to ensure the safest, most efficient and reliable methods are utilized to bring the aircraft back to original specifications. The OEM provides repair engineering and procedures backed by the full resources and experience of the manufacturer. Service levels include rapid response field repairs, AOG support, on-site damage surveys and a dedicated engineering team which provides factory designs that result in minimizing time on the ground, and maximizing your aircraft's value in the market place.

Rotable pools- Scale provides unprecedented opportunity for a dedicated rotable pool of major systems, so they can be replaced immediately with one from a pool while you wait for the original part to be repaired.

Loaner aircraft- Earthjet makes available a fleet of loaner aircraft, so operators are able to continue flying, even while your plane is being serviced. When you drop off your plane at the authorized service center, you can fly back in a loaner aircraft, and continue providing passenger service while your plane is being worked on.
